Guided Group Activities:

  Group activities are guided by Denise Hausler, Licensed Professional Counselor.

        Purpose: To improve health and wellness while being surrounded by others that may be facing similar  challenges in life. The group is provided "homework" or "food for thought "before the activity to allow processing during the guided activity. Working out the mind and body simultaneously accelerates the healing process. Peer support is powerful.

         Denise is not a certified personal trainer but is studying to obtain her certification. She understands the benefits of movement while focusing on therapuetic topics.

• Each participant must check with their own doctor to ensure that they are able and fit enough to complete the activity safely.

• Each particiapnt must also sign a waiver releasing Denise  Hausler and Treehouse Counseling Health & Wellness from any liability related to the physical actvity.

•  Each participant must agree and sign to the Group Confidentiality form. Forms can be electronically signed and emailed to  denisehausler@treehousecounseling.net  Click here for Forms.

• The Guided activities fee is generally $ 5.00 unless otherwise specified below on schedule of activies. Payments will be collected at meeting destination and prior to the activity by check or exact cash amount , sorry no change will be made available. 

• To sign up for an activity e-mail the activity desired to denisehausler@treehousecounseling.net in order to recieve the homework before the activity.
